Quality Oncology Practice Initiative (QOPI®): QOPI is ASCO’s quality program designed for outpatient oncology practices to foster a culture of self-examination and improvement. Participating practices can report on over 150 evidence-based quality measures and receive individual performance scores by practice, site, and provider, as well as benchmarked scores aggregated from all participating practices.

QOPI Certification Program: Practices participating in the QOPI Certification Program not only receive detailed reports to benchmark against other top-performing practices, but also learn from certification staff and surveyors to support and strengthen the effectiveness of policies and procedures. The certification process creates a culture of excellence and self-examination that helps practices deliver the best care to their patients. By becoming QOPI Certified, a practice demonstrates its commitment to quality to patients, payers, and the medical community.

Advanced Practitioner Certificate: ASCO has developed three certificate programs tailored to the educational needs of advanced practitioners at specific points in their learning. The programs, which offer continuing medical education, nursing, and pharmacy credit, were developed in an educational partnership between the Association of Physician Assistants in Oncology (APAO), Advanced Practitioner Society for Hematology and Oncology (APSHO), ASCO, and Hematology/Oncology Pharmacy Association (HOPA).

ASCO Practice Central: ASCO Practice Central is the first ASCO website dedicated to the business of oncology. The website provides a centralized resource that oncology practices can use to address a wide range of practical issues, including changes to physician reimbursement, quality reporting requirements, and business management practice.
