ASCO is hosting the second Community Research Forum on October 4, 2013, at ASCO’s Virginia headquarters, to help community-based researchers develop collaborative solutions to promote participation in community-based research. The forum will hear results of a project with approximately 50 trial sites to test the new Workload Assessment Tool, which evaluates clinical trial workload of research personnel. Also, a draft tool to help community research programs create an internal quality assessment program will be presented. Meeting information is available online.
