I am leading a Meet the Professor session at the ASCO Annual Meeting in Chicago next week. The title of my talk is Electronic/Digital Resources in Oncology: Value vs. Distraction. It is Sunday, June 6, Room E451b, 11:30 am – 12:45 pm (ticket required).
In my prepared presentation, which will last about 30 minutes, I am primarily going to be covering Web 2.0 and social media in oncology, with a few tips and tricks thrown in…plus a lot of my own opinions! We will then have an interactive session with the attendees for about 45 minutes. It should be lively. I am encouraging anyone on Twitter to tweet me a question in advance of or during the session at @rsm2800.
Here is a list of all of the URL’s I am going to be mentioning in my talk next week, plus a few other links of interest. Looking forward to seeing you in Chicago.
