Jonathan S. Berek, MD, MMS, is Professor and Director of the Stanford Women's Cancer Center, at the Stanford Cancer Institute, where he specializes in gynecologic oncology. He is also the Chair of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Stanford University School of Medicine. He has served the Society as a member of the Cancer Education Committee, the Scientific Program Committee, and Tumor Markers Expert Panel. He has served as Editor-in-Chief of ASCO Connection (previously ASCO News & Forum) since 2004. |

Al B. Benson III, MD, is a Professor of Medicine in the Division of Hematology/Oncology at Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine, Associate Director for Clinical Investigations and Chair of the Clinical Protocol Scientific Review and Monitoring System for the Robert H. Lurie Comprehensive Cancer Center, and an Attending Physician at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. He specializes in gastrointestinal malignancies, including colorectal cancer. He currently serves on the ASCO Cancer Education Committee. |

Susan Lerner Cohn, MD, is Director of Clinical Sciences, Section of Pediatric Oncology/Hematology, at Comer Children’s Hospital at The University of Chicago and a Professor of Pediatrics at The University of Chicago. Dr. Cohn’s research interests include pediatric cancers, particularly neuroblastoma, and blood diseases. She is one of a few pediatric oncologists conducting phase I clinical trials of treatments for neuroblastoma. Dr. Cohn has been a member of ASCO since 1988, serving on the Board of Directors, Cancer Education Committee, Cancer Survivorship Committee, Cancer.Net Editorial Board, Finance Committee, Membership Committee, and the Strategic Planning Committee. |

S. Gail Eckhardt, MD, is a Professor and Head of the Division of Medical Oncology at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, where she also holds the Stapp/Harlow Endowed Chair for Cancer Research. Her research interests include preclinical and clinical development of combinations of molecularly targeted compounds, with a laboratory focus on colorectal cancer. |

Stuart A. (Skip) Grossman, MD, is a Professor of Oncology, Medicine, and Neurosurgery at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and the Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center. His clinical interests include developing novel therapeutic strategies for patients with primary and metastatic brain tumors, leptomeningeal metastases, and cancer pain. |

Robert G. Mennel, MD, specializes in medical oncology and hematology at Texas Oncology-Baylor Charles A. Sammons Cancer Center in Dallas, Texas. Hope S. Rugo, MD, is a medical oncologist and hematologist specializing in breast cancer research and treatment at the University of California, San Francisco. She is also a Professor of Medicine, Director of the Breast Oncology and Clinical Trials Education, and is the principal investigator of multiple clinical trials focusing on combining novel targeted therapeutics with standard treatment to improve the treatment of both early and late stage breast cancer. Dr. Rugo has been a member of ASCO since 1994, serving on the Scientific Program Committee and Membership Committee. |

Alan Sandler, MD, is Division Chief and a Professor of Medicine in the Division of Hematology & Medical Oncology at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, Oregon. He is also the DeArmond Chair for Clinical Cancer Research. Dr. Sandler is the author or co-author of more than 200 published articles, book chapters, reviews, and abstracts involving the pharmacology and clinical activity of chemotherapy and novel targeted agents, with a particular emphasis on lung cancer. He has been a member of ASCO since 1993, serving on the Cancer Education Committee and the Scientific Program Committee. |

Marvin J. Stone, MD, is Director of Oncology Medical Education, Quality and Safety at the Charles A. Sammons Cancer Center, Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas. He is program director of the Medical Oncology Fellowship and heads the Junior Medical Student Clerkship. Dr. Stone is the author of over 200 articles and book chapters on various aspects of hematology-oncology, particularly monoclonal gammopathies. Dr. Stone has served on the ASCO Cancer Education, Career Development (Chair), and Oncology Training Programs Committees.

Jamie H. Von Roenn, MD, a medical oncologist and palliative medicine specialist, is a Professor of Medicine in the Division of Hematology/Oncology at Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine and is Medical Director of the Home Hospice Program at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. She is also a member of the Robert H. Lurie Comprehensive Cancer Center of Northwestern University and Co-director of its Cancer Control Program. Dr. Von Roenn has served on the ASCO Board of Directors and as chair of numerous committees, including the ASCO Task Force on Pain and Symptom Management Subcommittee. She is the recipient of the 2011 ASCO-American Cancer Society (ACS) Award and Lecture. |
