Chair, ASCO Nominating Committee

Each year, we ask the ASCO members to place their votes to select our Society’s Board members and future leaders.

The ASCO Nominating Committee, which is itself elected by ASCO members, took on the challenge of selecting this year’s candidates for the open seats on the ASCO Board of Directors and Nominating Committee.

This year, the ASCO membership submitted over 300 nominations! The Nominating Committee interviewed 30 of these individuals, and ultimately selected 14 nominees for your consideration. You can review their biographies and visions for ASCO and the field of oncology.

We sincerely thank everyone who nominated a colleague for consideration. There will be more occasions in the future. Now, what is needed is your vote.

Your vote will help to shape the future of ASCO in patient care, training, education, policy, and research. We are counting on you to vote in the upcoming election.
