Michael A. Thompson, MD, PhD, FASCO, is a hematologist/oncologist for Aurora Cancer Care and is the medical director of early-phase cancer research at Aurora Health Care in Wisconsin. He served as 2016-2017 chair of the Cancer Education Committee and is a member of the Research Community Forum Council. He previously served on the Cancer Education Committee on Lymphoma & Plasma Cell Disorders, Integrated Media and Technology Committee, and Development and Fundraising Committee of the Conquer Cancer Foundation.
