As the world’s leading professional society representing medical professionals who treat people with cancer, ASCO endeavors to represent all members of the patient care team. To better support and serve these valuable team members, we have created three new member categories for Advanced Practice Providers, Practice Administrators, and Patient Advocates. Originally part of the Affiliated Health Professionals member category, these new categories allow ASCO to remain flexible in providing the most relevant and useful member services. Current Affiliated Health Professional members who qualify for the new categories will automatically be transitioned over.
