Using scalp cooling for chemo-related alopecia prevention

Scalp cooling has been shown to be somewhat effective in preventing chemotherapy-related alopecia. What do you recommend to your patients, especially women with breast cancer? Does your infusion center or chemotherapy unit allow or promote this? How many patients use this and what are the patient populations who ask for or use this? What do you charge patients for this?
