Cervical Cancer Tumor Board - Early Stage Disease & Post-Op Therapy
In early stage disease - indications for post-op RT? Should all patients receiving post-op RT receive concurrent chemotherapy? When should surgery be the primary therapy?

Many thanks for the excelent presentation. From Stage IIB I generally recommend a definitive possible currative RT/BT in combination with weekly cisplatin.

stage 1A1 can be treated with surgery (hysterectomy)
stage non bulky stage 1B and early stage 11A can be treated with surgery and RT lead to the similar out come.
for more advance 1B1 RT alone and RT with concurrent cisplatin based CTH in1B2

surgery perfromed in in stage 11B result in greater incidence of urinary complication does primary RT and commonly need to
add RT with or without CTH because of dverse histology finding
